Conditions for a Distributor contract

• Bank and trade references are required
• The company must be legally established to operate
• Distributor must initiate trade activities within 30 days of signing a distributor's agreement

Establishing a distribution contract

Once the necessary requirements have been met, Lexicon will then issue a Letter of Intent to be accepted by the distributor, which will include product prices, territories and other basic information. Upon distributor's signature of this agreement, Lexicon can then begin transactions with the new distributor. Lexicon may elect to issue a formal distributor's contract, based primarily on the agreements in the signed Letter of Intent.
